An identification of the concentration of any Appendix IX constituent detected in the ground water at each monitoring well at the compliance point; B. Any proposed changes to the ground water monitoring system at the facility neces- sary to meet the requirements of 40 CFR 264.99; C. Any proposed additions or changes to the monitoring frequency, sampling and analysis procedures or methods, or statistical methods used at the facility necessary to meet the requirements of 40 CFR 264.99; D. For each hazardous constituent detected at the compliance point, a proposed con- centration limit under 40 CFR 264.94 (a) (1) or (2) , or a notice of in- tent to seek an alternate concentration limit under section 264.94 (b) ; and (v) Within 180 days, submit to the Direc- tor A. All data necessary to justify an alternate concentration limit sought under 40 CFR 264.94 (b) ; and B. An engineering feasibility plan for a correc- tive action program necessary to meet the re- quirement of 40 CFR 264. 100, unless: All hazardous constituents identified under Per- mit Condition III.6. (e) (ii) are listed in Table 1 of 40 CFR 264.94 and their con- centrations do not exceed the respective values given in that Table; or the owner or operator has sought an alternate concentra- tion limit under Section 264.94 (b) for every hazardous constituent identified under Permit Condition III.6(e) (ii) . (f) The Owner/Operator shall perform the evaluations described in Permit Condition III. 6(e) and submit the determinations complete with relevant data and calculations within 30 days after completion of sampling.
