CAD 990 794 133 Modification 0 <br /> (g) Comeliaice Monitorin Pro ram <br /> If the Owner/Operator is required to establish a <br /> compliance monitoring program under Permit Condi- <br /> tion III.1(a) , he or she must, at a minimum, dis- <br /> charge the following responsibilities: <br /> (1) Notify the Director in writing within seven <br /> calendar days. <br /> (2) Immediately sample the ground water in all <br /> monitoring wells where analyses indicated a <br /> change from background concentrations and <br /> determine the concentration of all con- <br /> stituents identified in Appendix IX of 40 CFR <br /> 261 using sampling procedures identified in <br /> Permit Condition III.3. [40 CFR 264.98 (h) (2) ] <br /> (3) Within 90 days, submit to the Director an ap- <br /> plication for a permit modification to estab- <br /> lish a compliance monitoring program. [40 <br /> CFR 264.98(h) (4) ] The application must in- <br /> clude the following information: <br /> (i) An identification of the concentration <br /> of each Appendix IX (40 CFR 264) con- <br /> stituent found in the ground water at <br /> each monitoring well sampled in accor- <br /> dance with VII.A.l.a(1) (b) . [40 CFR <br /> 264.98 (h) (4) (1) ] <br /> (ii) Any proposed changes to the ground water <br /> monitoring system at the facility neces- <br /> sary- to meet the requirements of com- <br /> pliance monitoring as described- in 4()-- <br /> CFR 264.99. [40 CFR 264 .98 (h) (4) (ii) ] <br /> Any proposed changes to the monitoring <br /> frequency, sampling and analysis proce- <br /> dures, or methods or statistical proce- <br /> dures used at the facility necessary to <br /> meet the requirements of compliance <br /> monitoring as described in 40 CFR <br /> 264.99. [40 CFR 264.98 (h) (1) (iii) ] <br /> (iv) For each hazardous constituent found at <br /> a compliance point, a proposed con- <br /> centration limit, or a notice of intent <br /> to seek an alternative concentration <br /> limit for a hazardous constituent. <br /> [40 CFR 264.98 (h) (4) (iv) ] <br /> 23 <br />
