CAD 990 794 133 Modification 0 Permit Condition III.4, and the evaluations required in Permit Condition III.5 throughout the post-closure period of the facility; and (2) Report the following ground water monitoring information to the Director: (i) During the first year when initial back- ground concentrations are being es- tablished for the facility: Concentra- tions or values of the parameters listed in Permit Condition III.2 for each ground water monitoring well within 30 days after ground water sampling. (ii) Annually: Concentrations or values of the parameters listed in Permit Condi- tion III.2 for each ground water monitoring well. The owner or operator shall separately identify any sig- nificant differences from initial background found in the upgradient well, in accordance with Permit Condition III.5. During the post-closure period of the facility, this information shall be submitted as part of the annual report. (iii) As a part of the annual report: Results of the evaluation of ground water sur- face elevations under Permit Condition III.4, and a description of the responses to that evaluation, where ap- plicable. (iv) In addition to the tabular format described above, concentration and ground water elevation data for monitor- ing wells shall be presented on car- tesian coordinate diagrams with the x-axis being time and the y-axis being concentration. Ground water surface elevations shall be presented as contour maps in addition to the tabular format. (b) If the ground water is being monitored to satisfy Permit Condition III.6( ) , the owner or operator shall: (1) Keep records of the analyses and evaluations specified in the plan, throughout the post- closure period of the facility; and 26
