RCRA Permit Forward Landfill May 1991 <br /> EPA I.D. CAD 990 794 133 Modification 0 <br /> Permit Condition III.4, and the evaluations <br /> required in Permit Condition III.5 throughout <br /> the post-closure period of the facility; and <br /> (2) Report the following ground water <br /> monitoring information to the Director: <br /> (i) During the first year when initial back- <br /> ground concentrations are being es- <br /> tablished for the facility: Concentra- <br /> tions or values of the parameters listed <br /> in Permit Condition III.2 for each <br /> ground water monitoring well within 30 <br /> days after ground water sampling. <br /> (ii) Annually: Concentrations or values of <br /> the parameters listed in Permit Condi- <br /> tion III.2 for each ground water <br /> monitoring well. The owner or operator <br /> shall separately identify any sig- <br /> nificant differences from initial <br /> background found in the upgradient well, <br /> in accordance with Permit Condition <br /> III.5. During the post-closure period <br /> of the facility, this information shall <br /> be submitted as part of the annual <br /> report. <br /> (iii) As a part of the annual report: Results <br /> of the evaluation of ground water sur- <br /> face elevations under Permit Condition <br /> III.4, and a description of the <br /> responses to that evaluation, where ap- <br /> plicable. <br /> (iv) In addition to the tabular format <br /> described above, concentration and <br /> ground water elevation data for monitor- <br /> ing wells shall be presented on car- <br /> tesian coordinate diagrams with the <br /> x-axis being time and the y-axis being <br /> concentration. Ground water surface <br /> elevations shall be presented as contour <br /> maps in addition to the tabular format. <br /> (b) If the ground water is being monitored to satisfy <br /> Permit Condition III.6( ) , the owner or operator <br /> shall: <br /> (1) Keep records of the analyses and evaluations <br /> specified in the plan, throughout the post- <br /> closure period of the facility; and <br /> 26 <br />
