CAD 990 794 133 Modification 0 <br /> (2) Annually, submit to the Agency a report con- <br /> taining the results of the ground water <br /> quality assessment program which includes, <br /> but is not limited to, the calculated (or <br /> measured) rate of migration of hazardous <br /> waste or hazardous waste constituents in the <br /> ground water during the reporting period. <br /> This report shall be submitted as part of the <br /> annual report. <br /> (c) The Owner/Operator shall enter all monitoring, <br /> testing, and analytical data obtained in accor <br /> dance with Permit Condition III.6 in the operating <br /> record. [40 CFR 264.73 (b) (6) ] The data must in- <br /> clude all computations, calculated means, <br /> variances, t-statistic values, and t-test results <br /> (or results of statistical tests that the Director <br /> has determined to be equivalent) . <br /> (d) The established background values and the computa- <br /> tions necessary to determine background values <br /> must be submitted to the Director within 30 days <br /> of the effective date of this permit. <br /> (e) The Owner/Operator shall submit the analytical <br /> results required by Permit Conditions III(7) (c) <br /> and III(7) (d) and the results of the initial <br /> statistical analyses required by Permit Condition <br /> III. 5, on every anniversary date of the effective <br /> date of this permit. <br /> 8. ALTERNATIVE CONCENTRATION LIMITS f40 CFR 264 94 (b) 1 <br /> The Owner/Operator may establish an alternative con- <br /> centration limit (ACL) for a hazardous constituent if <br /> it is detected and meets the criteria of 40 CFR <br /> 264.94 (b) . The Owner/Operator shall submit any <br /> proposed ACL and supporting documentation to the <br /> Regional Administrator of EPA Region 9 for written ap- <br /> proval by the Regional Administrator prior to its ap- <br /> plication. <br /> 9. ASSURANCE OF COMPLIANCE <br /> The Owner/Operator shall assure the Director that <br /> ground water monitoring and corrective action measures <br /> necessary to achieve compliance with the ground water <br /> protection standard 40 CFR 264.92 are taken during the <br /> term of the Permit.
