HAZARDOUS WASTE ALLOWED ON-SITE <br /> Only those hazardous wastes described in the "Final <br /> Closure Plan" shall be allowed on-site. <br /> No additional hazardous wastes may be disposed of on- <br /> site. <br /> 2. NONPOTABLE WATER SUPPLY <br /> If an on-site water supply is used for controlling dust <br /> and fires, cleaning equipment or other purposes, and <br /> does not meet all health standards for drinking water, <br /> all faucets or taps connected to that supply shall be <br /> clearly labeled in English, "Polluted -- Not Safe For <br /> Human Use", and Spanish, "Peligro, Contaminacion, No <br /> Usar". <br /> 3 . PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY <br /> If a public water supply is used at the facility, the <br /> service connections shall be protected from contamina- <br /> tion. <br /> -4. PRIVATE WATER SUPPLY <br /> If a private water supply is used at the facility, it <br /> shall meet all health standards for drinking water or <br /> all faucets or taps connected in that supply shall be <br /> clearly labeled in English, "Polluted -- Not Safe For <br /> Human Use", and Spanish, "Peligro, Contaminacion, No <br /> Usar". <br /> VI. TRAINING AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br /> 1. PERSONNEL TRAINING <br /> (a) (1) Facility personnel shall successfully com- <br /> plete a program of instruction or on-the-job <br /> training that teaches them to perform their <br /> duties in a way that ensure the facility's <br /> compliance with the conditions of this docu- <br /> ment. The owner or operator shall ensure <br /> that this program includes all the elements <br /> described under Permit Conditions VI.1(a) (3) . <br /> (2) This program shall include instruction which <br /> teaches facility personnel hazardous waste <br /> management procedures (including contingency <br /> plan implementation) relevant to the posi- <br /> tions in which they are employed. <br /> 29 <br />
