Will wash infectious waste receptacles when soiled on units <br />with phenolic solution (500 ppm active agent). <br />II. Nursing <br />A. Will continue to double bag trash from isolation rooms per <br />procedure for handling infectious trash in isolation. <br />B. Empty liquid from containers before discarding, i.e., suction <br />bottles, into infectious waste receptacle. <br />III. Laboratory <br />A. Will sterilize all infectious material as per Laboratory <br />procedure. <br />SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: <br />1.
