1. <br /> The following actions are prohibited at this facility : <br /> a. Scavenging <br /> b. Open burning of wastes <br /> c. Disposal'"df large dead animals <br /> d. Disposal,4af--,hazardous waste not approved by California Water <br /> Quality Control Board Central Valley Region and San Joaquin <br /> Local HealthDistrict. <br /> e. Infectious wastes <br /> C. Specifications: <br /> 1. No significant change in design or operation from that described <br /> in items "I" A,B, & C of the "Findings" section is allowed, except <br /> for those changes which are required under the "Conditions" portion <br /> of this permit . <br /> 2. The operator shall submit to the San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> all chemical analysis of monitoring well data as it -becomes available. <br /> 3. This facility may accept limited designated wastes provided prior <br /> approval is received by the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board Central valley Region , Department of Health Services and the San <br /> Joaquin Local Health District . Designated wastes must also be handled <br /> in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6.5 (commencing with Sect- <br /> ion 25100) of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code and Title 22 of <br /> the California Code of Regulations. <br /> 4. The facility has no scale, and records are kept by cubic yards per <br /> day, week, and month. The Report of Disposal Site Operation dated <br /> December 1987 , page 20, states quantity of exiting, and future disposal. <br /> All waste management units quantity will not exceed maximum range, <br /> except food processing wastes which will be 25,000 tons per year <br /> spread over approximately 100 acres of land farm area. <br /> D. Provisions: <br /> 1. This permit is subject to review by the San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District and may be suspended, revoked or modified at anytime for <br /> sufficient cause. <br /> 2 . The following provisions must be met: <br /> a. Incoming records of weights or volumes to within 10% accuracy <br /> shall be maintained by the site operator. <br /> b. Names, addresses, telephone numbers and other emergency informa <br /> tion shall be provided at the disposal site. <br /> C. Identification signs shall be provided at each point of access <br /> to the disposal site. <br /> d. Adequate barriers to prevent unauthorized access shall be maint- <br /> ained around the perimeter of the disposal site. <br /> e. Internal roads used by commercial vehicles shall be maintained <br /> iD a safe condition so that vehicle access and unloading can <br /> proceed safely during inclement weather conditions. <br /> its <br /> a. <br />
