17710 Grading of Fill This site was graded to promote C <br /> Surfaces lateral runoff of precipitation and <br /> to prevent ponding. <br /> 17711 Litter Control I saw no evidence of litter causing C <br /> a public nuisance at this site. <br /> Litter and loose materials are <br /> routinely collected and disposed <br /> of. <br /> 17712 Noise Control Operational noises were not exces- C <br /> sive at the site boundary. <br /> 17713 Odor Control I did not detect odors at the site C <br /> boundary. <br /> 17714 Traffic Control Traffic flow was not causing a pub- C <br /> lic safety hazard. I did not ob- <br /> serve vehicles stacking onto public <br /> roads. <br /> 17715 Ponded Liquid This site did not have any ponded C <br /> liquid. <br /> 17726 General Rick Vis, Operations Manager, A <br /> stated that the working face was <br /> uncovered on the morning of the in- <br /> spection due to equipment breakdown <br /> the previous day. <br /> This standard states that equipment <br /> must be adequate in number to per- <br /> mit the site operation to meet all <br /> standards.
