Item 2, types of waste received f -j, on page 2 were
not addressed in the Environmental Impact Statement
dated October 31, 1972.
2. The Environmental Impact Statement states the total
waste accepted per day is 500 tons. This is the
maximum tonnage that can be received without an
Environmental Impact Report.
3. The proposed permit is for 157 acres, as stated on page
2 of the Environmental Impact Statement. This shall
remain as 105+ acres until the new acreage (157) is
addressed in an Environmental Impact Report.
4. Under Findings, page 4, item 10, refers to hours of
operation. Hours of operation shall be specifically
identified in the permit.
5. Under Findings, page 1, item 1, identify the acres
associated with unit B, C arid D.
6. Waste management unit "A", is under permit by
Department of Health Services and shall not be included
in this permitting process.
Administration Clinical Services Environmental Health Public Health Nursing
468-3400 468-3830 468-3420 468-3860
Air Pollution Community Services Laboratory WIC
468-3470 468-3820 468-3460 468-3280
AIDS Information 468-3820
