7. Under Findings, page 4, item 6, include a hazardous <br />waste screening program. <br />8. The Environmental Impact Statement, dated October 31, <br />1972, shall provide the San Joaquin Local Health <br />District proof of conformity with the California <br />Environmental Quality Act, including a copy of the <br />Notice of Determination as filed with the State <br />Clearance House. <br />With the above findings by the California Waste Management Board <br />it has been determined that a significant change has occurred and <br />a revised solid waste facility permit application is needed. <br />In addition the proposed facility permit dust comply with the <br />County Solid Waste Management Plan and the County General Plan. <br />The additional comments made by the California Waste Management <br />Board regarding the proposed permit are available for discussion, <br />if interested, at the San Joaquin Local Health District. <br />If there are any questions regarding this letter, contact Alan M. <br />Biedermann, Registered Environmental Health Specialist of my <br />staff at (209) 468-3446. <br />Jogi Khanna, M.D., M.P.H. <br />District H alth Officer <br />Ron alinoti, Director <br />Enironmental Health Division <br />RLV/AB:nd <br />cc: California Waste Management Board <br />Martha Vazques, Permitting <br />Tom Horton, Solid Waste Manager, Department of Public Works <br />
