The Department's issuance of this Permit Modification <br /> does not prevent the Department from adopting or amending <br /> regulations or issuing orders which impose requirements in <br /> addition to or more stringent than those in existence at the time <br /> this Permit Modification was issued. The Permittee shall comply <br /> with any such additional or more stringent requirements in <br /> addition to the requirements specified in this Permit <br /> Modification. <br /> 7. The Regional Board also regulates groundwater <br /> contamination matters at the facility. Waste Discharge <br /> Requirements issued to Permittee by the Regional Board prior to <br /> or during the term of this Permit Modification shall be <br /> incorporated by reference into this Permit Modification. In <br /> December 1994, the facility was governed by the Regional Board's <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements, order No. 94-014, adopted <br /> January 28, 1994. That order is hereby incorporated by <br /> reference. <br /> . Where appropriate, this Permit Modification is subject <br /> to the state of California Health and Safety Code sections <br /> 25159.5 -and 25159.6,, relating to incorporation of federal <br /> regulations into state regulations. <br /> 5 <br />
