VESENIS <br />Contingency Plan <br />Section 11 — <br />Training <br />Effective Date <br />9/20/2021 <br />Page <br />11-2 <br />EVACUATION DRILLS & TRAINING <br />Evacuation drills of the facility are to be conducted at least semi-annually. These <br />drills are to be documented and critiqued (use OSM 5.10 x-1). The critique <br />should include a description of the drill, and recommendations for any changes <br />or improvements. <br />TRAINING OUTLINE <br />In addition to evacuation drills the facility will follow the training outlined on <br />Veseris' Refresher Training Matrix. Training modules that prepare for <br />emergency situations include, but are not limited to: <br />OLT Number / Title Description <br />Evacuation due to fire. ° Evacuation drill - alarm sounds and <br />employees evacuate to the <br />designated assembly areas. <br />° Employee head count taken <br />= Account for missing personnel <br />DM 41093 First Aid <br />CPR <br />° Minimum of two employees <br />trained in CPR and First Aid. <br />DM 51631 Spill Response <br />DM 43855 PPE <br />DM 51586 HAZWOPER First Responder <br />LI1 Outlines steps to take in the event of <br />a spill, including, but not limited to: <br />Identify product <br />Don PPE <br />Alert supervisor <br />Contain, prevent spreading <br />DM 41007 Fire Extinguisher Training ° Types of fire extinguishers <br />° Correct way to utilize extinguisher <br />Documentation of training, including contractor review of this plan should be <br />kept in the appropriate section of the Documentation Manual.
