REPORTING <br />The Emergency Coordinator must report the emergency as soon as possible after <br />the emergency has been resolved. <br />Contact the Regulatory Manager or Regional Operations Manager as <br />soon as possible (immediately). <br />The Regulatory Manager (or Regional Operations Manager if the <br />Regulatory Manager is not available) will notify the appropriate State and <br />Federal regulatory authorities of the incident. Senior Management <br />notification will normally be made by Corporate Operations in Austin. <br />Complete an Incident Notification Report and e-mail the notification <br />to the Regulatory Manager and Operations Reports. <br />Required written reports will be submitted by the Regulatory Manager in <br />conjunction with the Emergency Coordinator and Corporate Operations in <br />Austin. <br />If reportable quantities of hazardous materials are released, the report of <br />the release will be made to the National Response Center and the proper <br />State and local authorities by the Regulatory Manager. <br />The required notification to local, State, and Federal regulatory authorities <br />that the branch has returned to normal operations and is in compliance <br />with all permit requirements must be made before operations resume. This <br />notification will be made by the Regulatory Manager in conjunction with <br />the Emergency Coordinator. <br />A report on the implementation of the Contingency Plan, if the plan is <br />implemented for an emergency involving hazardous wastes, must be <br />submitted to the appropriate Federal and State regulatory agencies. The <br />report will be submitted by the Regulatory Manager in conjunction with the <br />Emergency Coordinator. The format and content of the report will be that <br />required by the regulations.
