To iNev@fit vertical movernerit of the tool during
drilling, hand tighten the thumb screw against the up-
per dTop tube. Ste. Frawe IOU
STEP 110: PREPARE DRILL AND BIT
Corfirrn Ihat the .stop on the 3/16' drill bit Suppffeci
with the 7150-TOOLC is in the correct position before
drilling. The stop is factory insulted at a distance be-
tween 7-3/7 6' ta 7-1/4' from the tip with the 7150-
TOOLC. If the stop is not at the correct position It must
befixed before drilling.
CALMON: tithe drill stop is not hi the proper loca •
ton failure of a pressu re decoy teak test may result.
Tip to stop dimension must
be -3/16' to 1-1/4'
Ron* 118
STEP 128: DRILL HOLES
With the inlet tube and 7150-TODLC in place, creFu ft
drib a 3/16- diatrwter hole in the tipper tube using the
hole in the 71S0-TOOLC as a guide. The drill stop is po-
sitioned so It will bottom out against the tool after the
bit has drilled through the upper drop tube. If the stop
Is positioned wrong either no hole wdi be drilled, of a
through hole could potentially be drilled through the
inlet tube. If no hole is drilled return to step 118 and
check the stop dimension. if a hole ts drined through
the inlet tube or into the screw hole the assembly is riet
salvageable. Dull (2) more holes in the two remaining
guide holes.
Figure 128
9
