The subdivider shall improve all streets shown on the Tentative Map and other transportation improvements as described in the following: • The street improvements shall include all street pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, landscaping, lighting, signs underground utilities, etc. • The MHCSD may allow phase improvements subject to subdivision improvement agreement or bonding. ff.
