ASTs equipped with liquid level sensing devices are tested on a monthly basis during the monthly inspection of the Facility, following manufacturer recommendations. Venting capacity is suitable for the fill and withdrawal rates. Facility personnel are present throughout the filling operations to monitor the product level in the tanks. 5.2.9. Effluent Treatment Facilities - 40 CFR 112.8(c)(9) Storm water within the fuel island is inspected, as deemed necessary by Facility management, prior to discharge. TRANSFER OPERATIONS, PUMPING, AND IN-PLANT PROCESSES — 40 CFR 112.8(d) Transfer operations at this Facility include: • Waste oil transfer into the corresponding ASTs. • The filling of Facility vehicles at the diesel fueling AST via the dispenser. • The transfer of oil from tanker trucks at the unloading area. • The transfer of oil to vehicles in the Maintenance Building.
