Except as otherwise specifically stated in applicable parts of these Contract Documents, the CONTRACTOR shall provide and pay for labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment, facilities, and services necessary for proper execution, testing, and completion of the Work. 2. The completed Work will provide OWNER with stormwater features, including ditches and a pond, which are constructed in accordance with the requirements of California Code of Regulations Title 27 and site specific permits. D. Major Work Elements Include: 1. Excavation 2. General Earthfill 3. Grading and Subgrade Preparation 4. GCL 5. HDPE Geomembrane 6. Geotextile 7. Granular Drainage Material 8. Coarse Gravel 9. Pipes and Culverts 1.4 OWNER FURNISHED PRODUCTS A. The OWNER shall retain and pay for the services of a surveyor for as-built surveys. B. The OWNER shall retain and pay for the services of the QA/QC CONSULTANT. C. The OWNER shall furnish the onsite soils for general earthfill. 1.5 MEETINGS AND COORDINATION A. Preconstruction meetings will be conducted between the OWNER, DESIGN ENGINEER and/or QA/QC CONSULTANT, EARTHWORK CONTRACTOR, and GEOSYNTHETICS CONTRACTOR. Specification requirements for that particular sequence of construction will be reviewed and discussed. The EARTHWORK and GEOSYNTHETICS CONTRACTOR shall present a construction plan for each construction sequence, as applicable, outlining the equipment, personnel, schedule and materials required. B. The EARTHWORK and GEOSYNTHETICS CONTRACTOR (when onsite) will be required to attend and participate in weekly construction meetings to review the schedule, specification requirements, quality control requirements, and other concerns involved. C. The EARTHWORK and GEOSYNTHETICS CONTRACTOR shall cooperate fully and coordinate activities with each other, refuse disposal workers, and OWNER's staff to ensure adequate notification and suitable access to the landfill
