The inspections of the <br />plant facilities, protocols, and staff training were completed as part of the annual inspection requirements <br />for the oil storage tanks. The diesel fuel tank received an STI SP001 formal internal and external <br />inspection to confirm compliance for its size of 12,000 gallons and age. <br />The SP001 inspection report, attached as part of the SPCCP update, confirmed the liquid sensing devices <br />and venting were tested and the tank was found to be fit for continued service from the annual inspection. <br />In addition, the waste oil, motor oil, and hydraulic oil tanks were inspected and tested for annual <br />compliance. The inspections included internal and external inspections to confirm integrity, clean <br />secondary containment, and that there are no leaks or other issues needing repair. The testing confirmed
