Sampling and Analysis Plan for Phase II Environmental Site Assessment <br /> 125 North Stockton Street, Lodi,CA 95240 <br /> 2.2.7 Step 7 - Data Collection Plan <br /> • A geophysical survey will be conducted to clear proposed boring locations of potential <br /> buried services and/or structures, and to evaluate subsurface conditions for the potential <br /> presence of the former UST located in the northwest of the Property. <br /> • Soil samples will be collected at specific locations throughout the Property to assess <br /> impacts resulting from historical use.Samples will be submitted to the laboratory for analysis <br /> for select COPCs based on the potential source of impact targeted. <br /> • Soil vapor probes will be used to collect samples from depths of 5 and 15 feet below grade <br /> at strategic locations on the Property to assess the potential presence of soil vapor impacts <br /> sourced from the former UST, the former MGP, the equipment repair building, and the <br /> regional solvent plume in groundwater. <br /> • Samples will be analyzed as outlined in Step 3. <br /> • Data will be evaluated as described in Steps 5 and 6 to determine whether additional <br /> data assessment is required to assess the risk to human health. <br /> Stantec 9 <br />
