SAP/QAPP Addendum <br /> Lodi-125 N Stockton <br /> Final <br /> March 24,2025 <br /> SITE-SPECIFIC QAPP WORKSHEET #10 (CONTINUED) <br /> PROBLEM DEFINITION <br /> percent asbestos per the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health <br /> (DOSH) asbestos material regulations (California Code of Regulalions[CCR] Section 5208). <br /> — X-ray fluorescence (XRF) screening results and/or analytical results from paint chip <br /> samples found to exceed 5,000 ppm or 0.5 percent by weight of lead will be considered <br /> positive for LBP per HUD (2012) and EPA regulations (40 CFR Part 745—Lead Based <br /> Paint Poisoning Prevention in Certain Residential Structures). <br /> — The proposed SL for PCBs in caulk at the Site is 50 mg/kg per EPA 40 CFR <br /> 761.62(b)(4)(ii). <br /> • Soil:If concentrations of contaminants in soil samples are above screening levels (SLs),additional <br /> characterization,remedial actions,or reconfiguration of planned future Site use may be recommended. <br /> o Screening criteria for soil: <br /> — The SLs for arsenic,lead,TPH,and PAH sample results is the federal Regional <br /> Screening Level (RSL) for commercial and residential receptors (EPA 2024),the <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control(DTSC) SL for commercial and <br /> residential receptors (DTSC 2022) and the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (RWQCB)Tier 1 ESL(RWQCB 2019). <br /> • Soil-gas: If concentrations of contaminants in soil-gas samples are above specified screening levels, <br /> additional characterization,remedial actions,or reconfiguration of future Site uses may be <br /> recommended. <br /> o Screening criteria for soil-gas: <br /> — The SL for VOCs is the RWQCB Tier 1 ESLs for soil gas (RWQCB 2019).
