GeosyntecO <br /> consultants <br /> 2.4 Corporate/Proiect Health and Safety Manager <br /> The Corporate/Project H&S Manager, when directed by the Project Manager, is <br /> responsible for developing, implementing, and updating the site HASP to be consistent <br /> with foreseeable conditions that may be encountered during field operations. <br /> 2.5 Ouality Assurance Manager and Laboratory Responsibilities <br /> QA is a key aspect of this project and the Project QA Manager and corresponding <br /> laboratory personnel have the responsibility to coordinate analytical activities and verify <br /> that the established protocols are being followed. The following sections identify the key <br /> personnel and organizations with project QA and laboratory responsibilities. <br /> 2.6 Proiect Quality Assurance Manager <br /> The Project QA Manager is responsible for reviewing the project QA program as it relates <br /> to the collection and completeness of data from field and laboratory operations,including <br /> training personnel to follow established protocols and procedures and conducting <br /> assessments to provide assurances that the data quality control practices are being <br /> employed. The Project QA Manager coordinates the receipt of analytical data from the <br /> laboratory, performs or oversees data verification and validation tasks, coordinates <br /> evaluation of data with the laboratory and/or data validation team as needed, <br /> communicates with the Project Manager regarding laboratory data packages or data <br /> validation concerns, and reviews reports and documentation. <br /> 2.7 Analytical Laboratory <br /> The primary laboratory selected for sample analysis will be certified by the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board's Division of Drinking Water Environmental Laboratory <br /> Accreditation Program. The laboratory will perform analytical testing of groundwater <br /> samples collected during the planned sampling activities. The respective laboratory's <br /> project manager will report to the Project Manager and/or Technical Manager on all <br /> aspects of the sample analysis. In addition, the Project QA Manager will be advised of <br /> any matters related to data quality during the course of the investigation. The laboratory <br /> will conform to the QA/QC procedures outlined in the respective laboratory QA Plan and <br /> laboratory standard operating procedures (maintained by the laboratory). The laboratory <br /> is responsible for preparing analytical laboratory reports and electronic data deliverables <br /> (EDDs). Sample containers with the necessary preservatives will be provided by the <br /> contract laboratory. <br /> Quality Assurance Project Plan 3 30 April 2025 <br />
