Geosynte& <br /> consultants <br /> 2.8 Site Investigation Personnel <br /> Personnel conducting field activities includes the Field Task Leader and/or his/her <br /> authorized representative. The Field Task Leader is responsible for executing work <br /> elements related to the Work Plan. The Field Task Leader will issue specific instructions <br /> for performing assigned work elements so that work is conducted in compliance with <br /> project-specific objectives and applicable QA procedures. The Field Task Leader will <br /> coordinate with the Project Manager and QA Manager to review specific work elements. <br /> The Field Task Leader will maintain relevant documentation and deliverables in the <br /> project files during the performance of the assigned tasks. The Field Task Leader will be <br /> responsible for overseeing the sampling activities described in the Work Plan. <br /> Personnel conducting these activities have training to perform the procedures required <br /> for these activities. All field operations staff must have completed Occupational Safety <br /> and Health Administration (OSHA) Hazardous Waste Operations Emergency Response <br /> (HAZWOPER) training as described in Code of Federal Regulations Title 29, Section <br /> 1910.120(29CFR1910.120) and Cal-OSHA training as specified in Title 8 Sections 5192 <br /> and 5196. Documentation of the training will be maintained by the Corporate/Project <br /> H&S Manager. Additionally, all subcontractors will be licensed and certified to conduct <br /> the contracted tasks, as appropriate. <br /> Quality Assurance Project Plan 4 30 April 2025 <br />
