Northern California Youth Correctional Center(NCYCC) <br /> ATTENTION: Chief of Plant Operations <br /> 7650 South Newcastle Road <br /> Stockton, CA 95215209-944-6351 <br /> Permittee shall notify the State immediately via email or telephone of the following: (i) any <br /> delay in its scheduled commencement or completion of the Work; (ii) its actual entry onto <br /> the Premises; (iii) its actual exit from the Premises; (iii) any injury that occurs on the <br /> Premises; or(iv) any damage to the PREMISES or equipment used in connection with this <br /> Agreement. All such notices shall be given as follows: <br /> If via telephone, to: <br /> Richard Taylor(916) 255-3140 (CDCR Headquarters) <br /> Richard Delany (209) 467-7890 (CHCF) <br /> Derrick Bowler(209) 944-6351 (NCYCC) <br /> If via email, to: <br /> richard.tavlor(a)cdcr.ca.gov <br /> richard.delanv(cDcdcr.ca.gov <br /> derrick.bowlerCa)cdcr.ca.gov <br /> Conduct Permittee understands that a portion of the Premises may be located within the Facilities' <br /> secure perimeter and Permittee agrees that the exercise of the rights authorized under this <br /> Agreement will be expressly subject to the customary security measures of the Facilities <br /> and State Prison & Detention Facility Regulations and Conduct, as set forth in EXHIBIT C <br /> attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein; provided, however, because <br /> Permittee's subcontractors will require the use of their cell phones to conduct and <br /> coordinate their operations, the State may reasonably allow the use of cell phones by <br /> Permittee's subcontractors while on the Premises provided that all cell phones shall be <br /> searched, inventoried in and out every day, and tracked by the State in a written log. <br /> Further, Permittee agrees to refrain from the use of the rights authorized under this <br /> Agreement in any manner which will materially interfere with the use and operation by <br /> CDCR or SPWB of the Facilities. <br /> Health &Safety Permittee shall conduct all construction and monitoring activities so as to promote and <br /> protect the health, safety, and well-being of all persons and the Premises. <br /> Preservation Permittee shall take all reasonable measures to ensure excavation and construction <br /> activities will cause the least possible injury to the surface ground around such <br /> evacuation, and shall replace the earth so removed by it and restore the surface of the <br /> ground and any improvements thereon to as near the same condition as they were <br /> Right Of Entry Permit& Monitoring Well Agreement January 12, 2021 (L-2620) Page 6 <br />
