In the Report, ATC reports that no hydrocarbons were detected in soil collected from <br /> SB-2, with the exception of benzo(a)pyrene, which was below the California Human <br /> Health Screening Level (CHHSL). Additionally, ATC indicates that metals <br /> concentrations reported in SB-2 soil are naturally occurring. As SB-2 metals <br /> concentrations are consistent with background concentrations in off-site wells MW-24 <br /> and MW-25, Central Valley Water Board staff concurs that they are likely naturally <br /> occurring. <br /> 4. By 30 January 2017, please submit the 4th quarter 2017 Groundwater Monitoring <br /> Report, and in addition to regular semi-annual groundwater sampling data please <br /> include a summary of well development activities and survey and groundwater sampling <br /> data for the wells MW-24 and MW-25, as well as an update on remedial system <br /> installation progress.
