SAN JOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Hazardous Materials Business Plan Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> PEARL CROP INC 11550 INDUSTRIAL DR, STOCKTON October 02, 2025 <br /> 10 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br /> electronically submitted <br /> OBSERVATION: Multiple chemicals were found on site that have not been reported to CERS, including: <br /> -Two compressed gas cylinders containing 316cu.ft. and 142cu.ft. respectively of NOS (argon, carbon dioxide) in the <br /> shop <br /> -One compressed gas cylinder containing 238cu.ft. of NOS (helium, argon, carbon dioxide) in the shop <br /> -Four 55-gallon poly drums of B&L Neely, Inc. cleaner solv. liquid #30 in the outdoor chemical cage <br /> -Two 55-gallon poly drums of Alpet D2 Sanitizer in the outdoor chemical cage <br /> -One 100-gallon diesel AST in the outdoor chemical cage <br /> -One approximately 500 gallon propane tank behind the outdoor chemical cage <br /> -Four approximately 15-gallon containers of Magnesium Phosphide in the chemical storage cage adjacent to the <br /> fumigation room <br /> -Seven approximately 30kg canisters of 2% Phosphine, Eco2 Fume gas in the chemical storage cage adjacent to the <br /> fumigation room <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's <br /> business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add all materials stored in reportable quantities to the hazardous material inventory, and <br /> submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation. <br /> 11 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005-Site Map with all required content electronically submitted <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map submitted 1/26/24 is out of date.
