<br />OBSERVATIONS: Facility is using 2 shakers equipment that are not certified for sanitation by an American National Standards
<br />Institute (ANSI) accredited certification program. Stop using equipment immediately. Provide Commercial grade equipment/
<br />Provide the spec sheets of the equipment to show commercial grade. Correct in 2 weeks.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: 1. Front 2 comp dump sink is leaking from hot water knob. Fix leakage/ replace water faucet. Correct in 1
<br />week.
<br />2. Back prep sink is leaking from its draining pipe and from the water faucet. Fix leakage in 1 week.
<br />3. Pipe, draining back prep sink in the underneath floor sink, is lacking air gap. Provide air gap at least 1 inch off the floor sink.
<br />Correct in 1 week.
<br />4. Floor sink, draining ice maker at the back of the house, is completely not accessible by the machine. Relocate the ice maker
<br />for full accessibility of the floor sink. Correct today.
<br />******All ice machines and bins, food preparation sinks, ware washing sinks (dishwashing units), display cases and refrigeration
<br />units, and any other food service equipment which discharges liquid waste, shall be drained by means of indirect waste pipes
<br />discharged through an air gap into a floor sink or other approved waste receptor. All floor sinks are to be positioned to be readily
<br />cleanable, accessible for inspections, and must be flush with finished floor. Do not place floor sinks inside walk in refrigeration
<br />units or cabinets [CRFC §114193 and §114193.1].******
<br />5. Front hand sink is draining very slowly. Fix drainage today.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as
<br />required by applicable plumbing codes. (114192) All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local
<br />plumbing ordinances, shall be maintained so as to prevent any contamination, and shall be kept clean, fully operative, and in good
<br />repair. Any hose used for conveying potable water shall be of approved materials, labeled, properly stored, and used for no other
