(KLE//VFELOER <br /> Bright People,Bight Solutions. <br /> 4 LABORATORY ANALYSIS <br /> Laboratory analytical services for the soil and groundwater samples will be provided by a California <br /> laboratory accredited under the California Department of Health Services, Environmental Laboratory <br /> Accreditation Program (ELAP). Samples will be collected in laboratory provided containers and <br /> transported to the designated laboratory under chain-of-custody(COC).The laboratory will be instructed <br /> to report estimated values, i.e., between the method detection limit and laboratory reporting limit, with <br /> a "J" qualifier.
